PRACTITIONER DIRECTORY SUBSCRIPTION

It is required all subscribers to The Reconnection Practitioner Directory are certified Reconnective Healing® Foundational Practitioners (RHFP) and/or Reconnection®-Certified Practitioners (RCP), in good standing and credentialed (for RCP subscribers).

 

DIRECTORY SUBSCRIPTION REGISTRATION

While you will subscribe via our The Reconnection website, the Practitioner Directory is its own website.  It is therefore essential that we have your correct email address as we will email you an order confirmation and instructions upon successful registration. If you do not receive these emails within 2 hours from purchase please contact our office at +1 323 960 0012 or email info@thereconnection.com and we will make sure to re-send it.

Each subscriber is allowed a single (1) listing, for the duration of one (1) year from the moment of purchase.

Each listing requires a one-time fee, per year, of $129.00 USD.

Upon submitting your listing for review to our Admin you must allow The Reconnection up to seven (7) to publish your listing. This applies to any edits that you may need to do later on: each time you edit your listing The Reconnection Admin will review your updates and/or changes.

 

PRACTITIONER DIRECTORY TERMS OF USE

Each Reconnective Healing® Practitioner is allowed one (1) listing. 

Only Reconnective Healing®-related services may be offered in the description: Reconnective Healing® sessions and Personal Reconnection sessions. 

Those who have been certified for Mentoring and Credentialing, and are in good standing, may also offer Credntialing and Mentoring as services.

Those in our teaching team who also organize in-person Reconnective Healing® training events can also offer Reconnective Healing® training event organization.

You are also allowed and encouraged to mention all your approved certifications besides RHFP and RCP: Mentor, GLST, and/or International Instructor.

The offering of services other than the ones mentioned above will result in your listsing’s suspension and/or cancellation, without refund.

Trying to buy a second listing while already approved for one will result in a warning. Persistence in trying to purchase more listings other than the one you have been approved for will result in cancellation, without refund.

 

NO REFUND POLICY FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS

Once paid, subscription fees for your Practitioner Directory listing are non-refundable.  A subscriber can delete his or her listing at any time from their account dashboard, effectively ending their visibility in the directory but the listing term of one year will not be cancelled until the year is up.  Sale or transfer of your directory listing to another person is not permitted.

TAX INFORMATION 

All sales are priced on the The Reconnection website inclusive of all applicable VAT or other taxes, where applicable. If you would like to receive a VAT invoice for your purchase, please contact us at info@thereconnection.com with the subject line “REQUEST FOR TAX INVOICE, Attn. Accounting.” Please note that The Reconnection LLC is not responsible for any additional taxes that may be assessed by any taxing agency on your purchase due to our processing being located in the United States.

PAYMENT INFORMATION 

The Reconnection LLC is a US-based business with the ability to process most bank cards in many other currencies. We presently accept credit/debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, and Diner’s Card in all currencies available on our website, as well as PayPal and American Express. The payment amount charged to your credit or debit card will be processed in the payment currency displayed on the checkout page. The amount you pay in your selected currency may be based on a currency exchange rate, which is set at that time of purchase. This amount may fluctuate based on changes in the exchange rate between your selected currency and USD. The Reconnection LLC is not responsible for any changes on our website after your payment, or discrepancies against rates listed by other foreign currency exchange services.

Checks, Wire Payments and Money Orders are not currently accepted online. If you are unable to pay using one of the payment types available on our website, please contact our office at +1 323 960 0012 to determine whether any alternate payment arrangements may be available.
